Building Project

Executed Residential Building Project is a construction execution portfolio documenting the delivery of a multi-storey residential building from 2018 to the present. The project demonstrates practical site experience across the full construction process, from early foundation works and structural preparation through to masonry, roof screed, internal finishes, external façade works, parking areas and final completion.

The project was developed through a sequence of on-site construction stages, including excavation, foundation reinforcement, formwork and shuttering, concrete pouring, brickwork, structural works, screed levelling, façade cladding, interior finishing and external works. Each stage was carried out with attention to build quality, material coordination, site progress and construction detailing.

The external façade combines modern cladding, clean architectural lines and integrated lighting to create a refined residential identity. Internally, the project includes completed living spaces, circulation areas, wall and floor finishes, ceiling works, electrical fittings and sanitary installations. The parking level and external areas were also completed as part of the overall execution process.

This project highlights practical construction knowledge, site coordination, sequencing of trades, material implementation and the ability to follow a building from construction stage to completion.
